How Long Does Swelling And Stiffness In Knee Take To Alleviate?
I fell down ONE stair and I hurt my knee. It swelled up, was very stiff and I feel like it ll buckle if I put too much weight on it. I did this roughly 10 days ago. I can walk on it but its not the most comfortable. I m leaving for Disney in about 12 days..Will I be healed in time to enjoy my vacation?

The symptoms seem to be related to the injury. I suggest using cold compresses for local application. I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. It will be healed gradually.
