How Long Does The Abscess Wound Take To Alleviate?

dr i had a hair break gluetal abscess which i had got and incision and drainage done the wound is deep.i .daily dressing done with hydrogen and betadine lotion and cerlie leaned with normal saline and dry with sterlie gauses.hydroheal jell is applied.two weeks have passed but the wound is same.please advice

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having deep wound after abscess drainage.
Wound will be healed by grannulation tissue with secondary healing.
It will take some time for healing as healing will take by grannuation tissues.
Continue dressing preferably by your doctor.
