How Long Does The Hand Take To Regain Its Strength Post Surgical Repair Of Wrist?

hi I have a question about my hand my wrist was cut by glass where 7 tendon be cut and two nerve I had a surgery 2 months ago but the problem is I have no grip in my hand and it is impossible for to straighten my fingers without brace/splint what are the sign of nerve healing?
