General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There may not be even hair line fracture in brow line bone but a blunt jolt to bone also causes considerable trauma to bone &complete healing of r disappearance of pain may take few months. Please don't worry. Take calcium & vitamin D supplement over the counter & wait patiently unless the severity increases in which case repeat X-ray might be needed. Please consult a orthopedic doctor in such a case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
