My widal test is possitive for typhoid and it is in the initial stage.i am taking antibiotics for the past 15 days..still I have fluctuations in temperature..when I take paracetamol 650 the temp becomes normal and I am adviced to take four tab per day..I had dry cough but now I have once or twice a day..but feel very tired and when I walk to first floor I feel I breadh heavily...bp is normal..occasionallyni have head heach..hiw long should I continue antibiotics..
