After surgical abortion bleeding per vagina may last from less than one day to up to 7 days. This is normal. Don't worry. You may have minimal spotting intermittently in this week and that is also normal. Continue taking antibiotics. After the surgical procedure no medications are given to dilate the cervix. May be there is some misunderstanding.
Do you have any warts in the vulval area? On what basis she said that you have HPV? HPV does not have any adverse effect on the surgery you had.
Not all HPV virus types are of concern.
Are you regular with pap test (cervical cancer screening program)? When was the last pap test done? If you are not regular, please take appointment and get Pap test along with HPV swab test done. Based on the results of these tests your doctor will discuss treatment with you. I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
