How Long Dos Baclofen Take To Cure Muscle Spasms?

I have started taking 10 milligrams of baclofen for ms spasticity 3 times a day. I have been on it for a week, the spasms have subsided but spasticity is still very intense. Should I be feeling relief by now? Do I need to be on a higher dosage of medicine or just give it more time.

take alternative Ayurvedic medicine in place of tab baclofen.
tab mahayogaraj gugglu 2 tablets 2 times in a day.
safe medicine without any complications even after taking a long time.
