How Long It Will Take For A Burn Scar To Disappear?
My little girl of six burnt her knee we prevented scaring using healing patches, however she is mixed race slightly dark skin like a good sun tan the burned has healed but it is now quite dark and she is very concious of it. My question is will it disappear and how lond does it usually take?

Hi,
Scars caused by burns can disappear after a couple of weeks to months if it was a grade I burn only. Grade II is difficult to predict, for grade three scars you should see a dermatologist specialized in cosmetic treatments with her.
