How Long Post Intake Of Cytonis And Misoprostol Tablets Will Bleeding Start?

Hi, my wife is 5 weeks pregnant, as its illegal to abort in the country we reside she took cytonis 22, misoprostol BP 200 pills. She took 4 pills vaginally in morning and after 3 and half hrs repeated the dosage. Shes been having cramps and pain in her stomach, motions and has fever. The bleeding has not yet started. Can u please advice me somthing about this. Would appreciate you help. Thanks.

The medical abortion is done with mifepristone 600 mg stat and misoprostol 2 tabs after 2 days under medical supervision. Bleeding starts on 3rd day normally. You can still wait for 2 day more for bleeding to start. If not so you have to go for MTP(suction, menstrual regulation etc.)
