How Long Should Duvadilan Retard Be Taken During Pregnancy?

hi i am 35 weeks 2 days pregnant doctor prescribed me with duvadilan retard 40 mg twice a say at my 34 weeks when i suffered from lower abdominal cramps and uterus tightening so i want to know till how many days i should be taking this medicine ? as i want a normal delivery then happen without any complications also please tell me , will this medicine affect my normal deliverly to happen ?

duvadilan retard is the brand name of isoxuprine ,its main action is to relaxes uterine muscle .it is mainly given for preterm labour ,before 34 weeks one dose iv injection followed by oral tablets .
babies born to mothers taking isoxuprine has ileus , hypocalcemia ,respiratory distress.
don't worry u can have normal delivery , you can take up to 36 weeks
consult your gynaecologist and take advice opinion
