am suffering from fever and cold,and am an breastfeeding mom with 3 months baby till how many days should i avoid face to face contact with the baby?please guide me

I suggest you get examine by your Doctor to prevent chances of transmission of possible infection to your child. Safe antibiotics are available to infections. Avoid touching the baby with contaminated hands, wash your hands regularly, continue breast feeding.
