Hi & Welcome to HCM.
To postpone the periods, you can take Regesterone for maximum up to 14 days.
It can be used for both to prepone or postpone the periods.
To prepone the periods you need to start taking the medicine at least 10 days before the expected date of your periods. You can take tab Regesterone thrice a day for 3 days. You can expect your period in 3-4 days after stopping Regesterone.
To postpone your period you need to take one tablet of Regestrone (5 mg) 3 times a day, beginning 3 days before you expect your period to start (March 6th). You should take the tablets at the same time every day, one in the morning, one around midday and one in the evening.
Continue it for the days you want to delay your period. Then stop the medicine and wait for 7 days. Withdrawal bleeding will occur within this time period. Since, it is a prescription drug and for dosage you should consult a Gynecologist.
Hope this solves your problem.
