How Long Should Sizodon And Mirtaz Be Taken To Get The Desired Result?

Hello, I have been taking 2mg of sizodon and 7.5 mg of mirtaz everyday ... its been a month and a half now that I have been on this meditation..the psychotic episodes have gone down as a result of the medication..but the other problems still prevail..so my question is does it take longer for the medication to take effect?

Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It will take 4-6 weeks for both the medications to show effect. As you have been taking since a month and half, your symptoms will start reducing and you will find the drugs effective now. After 3 months, the medications efficacy will completely be seen.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
