How Long Should I Take Etosys-mf And Daflon For Continuous Bleeding?

I am 49 years old and today is the 13th day of my period and I am still bleeding. My gynae prescribed ETOSYS-MF with Daflon last time after 10 days of bleeding. How long will I have to take these medicines? How long does prei-menopause generally last?
