Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Low grade or high-grade fever is not a common occurrence after Knee replacement. So it needs to be investigated.

Please get CBC with ESR, ASO CPR and X rays of the knee joints. If there is swelling in the knee joint. Then get is aspirated and send the aspirate for counts, Culture and sensitivity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
