How Long Will Grade One MCL Tear And Partial Thickness Tear Of Medial Patellar Retinaculum Take To Heal?
I have a grade one MCL tear and pArtial thickness tear of medial patellar retinaculum.also mild lateral subluxation of patella.its been one month. I am using a walker to walk as adviced.I can't put weight on my injured knee .Though I have started pysio excercises since a week.now I can elevate my leg to ninety degrees which was painful earlier.how long will it take to heal? My ortho saw my mri scan and said that I don't require any surgery.
