How Long Will I Need To Take The Medicine For High BP?

i am taking the tablet for High B.P Aten 50 & Ecosprin 150 mg. from last 44 to 5 years. My age is 38 years. please tell me how long i will taken this medicine & how it effects on my body. Please also confrim that wheather Ecosprin is effected to my body. some times my heart is also paining

You are taking atenolol 50 mg + ecosprin 150 mg from last 5 years . How long?
This all depend on the condition of disease fro which , you are taking these drugs.
Usually patients have to take ecosprin without any addiction or side effects for years 10-15 years .
While as far as concerned for aten ,its use depend on the reading of blood pressure . If hypertension you have to take it .
Aten has many side effects but the benefit is more in comparison of side effects so you have to take these drugs as prescribed by your treating doctor .
As you mentioned that you are also having pain on the left side in the heart region .
After going through I recommend you please consult a cardiologist and get in EKG and ECHO to rule out cardiac involvement .
