How Long Will It Take For Thyroid Levels To Increase?

Hi. My endocrinologist said my thyroid levels were low, I have recently had a miscarriage. She increased my dose from 100mcg to 200mcg. We would like to try for another baby. How long does it take for my thyroxine levels to increase. I don't want to risk falling pregnant if my levels are still low.
