How Long Will It Take To Recover Post Cervix Removal?

First let me say thank you for your time. A month ago I had a full hysterectomy and my cervix was left in tact. The Surgical Pathology report listed a few concerns regarding a low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma. I have been referred to a gynecologic oncologist however, I now would like to have the cervix removed. My gynecologist says it can be done lyproscoptically (misspelled, sorry). I am anxious to have this surgery performed. Do you have any info on how long I will have to recover after the removal of the cervix?

dear hcm patient. laprascopic operation is the minimal invasive operation, means involving least tissue damage and allowing earliest recovery possible.
according to my experience you will heal in 2 weeks after the surgery, provided you have good nutrition.
hope that answers the question
