How Long Will The Dominant Follicle Stay?
Hello doc, we been married for 1 yr but still i didnt conceived.i made a trans vaginal ultrasound yesterday and the result was normal right ovary with dominant follicle. my expected menstruation is on march 5, tomorrow, my question is, how long did the dominant follicle stayed? ty

Hi there I would like to tell that the mature ovum without fertilization lives upto only for 24 hours and thereafter the dominant follicle gets converted into dominant follicle .
