How Many Biopsies Can Be Done Without Any Harm?

I have Prostate Cancer. I have had a biopsy about 4 years and it found that I have cancer. My doctor requested that I have an MRI completed and I did. Now he wants me to have another biopsy done and I am not sure that I should have that done because it could hurt my Prostate. How may biopsies can be done without harm??? is my only question.

dear sir. kindly know from ur surgeon y rebiopsy is required. if there a specific indication like if u had taken chemotherapy. u can allow. but as per my knowledge goes, MRI with one biopsy is sufficient. if they have doubts, kindly review with another pathologist for getting the diagnosis. thank u
