How Much N-Acetyl Cysteine Can Be Taken Daily?
Is it safe to take 8 tablets of 600mg NAC per day? It also has 25 mcg selenium and 50 mcg of molybdenum added to the supplement. My dermatologist recommended the NAC at that dose, and my family ordered the bottle with the other stuff added. I feel great and it seems to be working, but I don t want to cause other damage. Other people on the PN support group say their doctor only prescribed 600 -1000 mg per day.
