How Much Caffeine Can I Drink If I Have Connective Tissue Disease?

I have connective tissue disease similar to Marfan's. How much caffeine per day may I drink. Also because of eye retina detachment in many cases of Marfan's does working hours at the computer pose any danger (I am a writer). I am 54 years old, weight 170, and am 5' 11''.
