How Much Magnesium Can Be Taken With 1200mg Of Calcium?
I am considering how much magnesium to take with 1200mg of calcium. I have a Calcium supplement with about 200 mg of Magnesium. I m certain for me that is too low on the Mag. side. Another supplement of Calcium I have in powder to make into drink is 1000mg cal. to 500 of magnesium but it doesn t keep me from getting constipated. I ve read to have D3 and vitamin K with the magnesium. What are the supplements that are necessary to balance all this and make it most assimiable.(spelling bad). and when should Calc. and mag. be taken? First, what is the necessity for all these minerals. Has the doctor prescribed all these for you ?
