Hello
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
The water intake differs from person to person. It depends upon the thirst centre in brain, water loss due to metabolic activities and body built etc. Dont be tense for your less water intake. Its normal unless its less htan your body requires.

Dear
our body is a super computer. When ever the water content in body goes down the thirst center gets triggered making us feel thirsty. So you never miss a call. Taking excess of water as a means of hydrotherapy to expell toxins from body is a pathy in which 8 to 10 glasses of water are recommended per day. this varies from person to person.
Water intake is different from person to person. however, i usually recommend 1.5-2 l of water in winter and 2-2.5 l of water in summer to prevent stone disease. beyond stone disease, very little amount of water intake as dictated by body is also good.
Hello, welcome to healthcaremagic forum.
Do not worry for the amount, just drink water and other liquids frequently. I always hear the same from my patients that if i drink more water i have to rush to the loo. So i have come up with a solution for them, which will help u... Drink 3-8 sips of water every half hour. In this way water will be utilised by your body, u will be well hydrated and even your aim of 1.5 - 2 litres of water a day will be fulfilled.
Take care.

Hello dear,
Drinking plenty of water helps the kidney work efficeintly to remove waste products.Eight glasses/day is a rough estimate.Exact amount varies with individual and activity so dont compare with your friend.Too much water may be useless.Just look at the color of urine if you drink enough fluids it will be light yellow.darker colred urine if waterintake is less.
