How Often Can Primolut N Be Taken For Delaying Menstrual Cycles?
I want to know how often can one take the tablet Primolut N for delaying periods? Is it safe to take it 6-7 times per year? I generally have to attend functions almost every month, so I just wanted to know if there are any side effects of the tablet it taken to delay most of the menstual period? Does it have any problem in conceiving in future?
One of the major and quick ways to delay periods is delaying periods with medicines. Suppressing the period occasionally is fine for healthy women, especially for those who are comfortable with taking birth control pills.
It is not recommended taking these medicines often for suppressing the menstruation or delaying the period. Many women experience certain side effects like breast tenderness, blood clots, headache, and nausea, especially when taken often or for a long period of time.
It may alter the naturally producing hormonal balance if taken often. It may not directly affect for conceiving in future. Hence, it is advisable to use such medications only when it is absolutely necessary.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
