How Often Should Calpol And Sinerest Be Given To An Infant For Nasal Congestion?

Hello Doctor my daughter is 1 yr old, she is suffering from severe cold and nasal congestion for the past 1 wk. She even had fever intermittent, I gave calpol drops. Now my physician prescribed calpol drops. May I give sinerest for her cold. How long and how many times I can give calpol and sinerest drug to her.

you can give calpol but you should avoid sinarest as calpol is without side effects and extremely safe drug
