Hello Dr am mom of 45 days old girl baby(2nd ) born by c.section and sterilisation also done.bleeding stopped by 10th day again started like 50 to 100 ml per day then reduced like spotting color from bright red to brown sometimes thread i.e suture material comes .my Dr prescribed tranostat mf.can I take as am feeding my baby and why bleeding not stopped plus will suture material come out is it common.thank you
They may turn into brown or red. If passing pus or mucous with fever means infection so you have to consult your doctor. If passing only blood without much pain it is common after post caesarian.
You may take tranexamic acid.
if no improvement please consult your gynecologist/surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hello, You may take tranexamic acid in breastfeeding. Yes, you have to keep an eye of PV secretions. They may turn into brown or red.
