Hi,
I wouldnt reommend a sauna during pregnancy.Its not healthy for the developing fetus to be exposed to high temperature in the body.

I live in Finland where the sauna comes from and here we go to sauna while pregnant and we are told here by all the doctors that it is fine to go to sauna as long as you don't stay too long. 5 minutes is not a problem
