How Safe Is It To Use Udiheb Forte 300 Mg In Pregnancy?
Hi my name is Ram Prasad Khanal. My wife is 31 week pregnant and 30 yrs old. And her SGOT(AST) & SGPT(ALT) level are 427 and 245 respectively. And she is recommended to use drug Udiheb forte 300 mg. So I want to khow how danger is such problem and about drugs use.

Hi!Udihep Forte is a pregnancy category B drug (as classified by the USFDA). This means that there no studies which have unequivocally shown it to harm the fetus.
In your case your wife is her 3rd trimester (31 wk) of pregnancy. It is quite safe to use the drug but under your gynecologist's supervision. All the best!
