How Safe Is Taking Claritan For Nose Bleed And Congestion?

My son is 5 and has horrible allergies very frequent nose bleeds and congestion. He takes claritan daily. But lately I have noticed that when he is sleeping after he exhales he has a clicking sound after each breath he exhales. Any idea if this has to do with his adnoids?

Hi... this could be upper airway resistance syndrome which can be very effectively tackled by intranasal steroids.
Please discuss this with his pediatrician.
