All the medications come into market after proper research and clinical trials hence keep no doubt in your mind as your Doctor must have prescribed you these medications with a thought to control your blood sugar.
It seems that uncontrollable sugar in spite of changes in medications give a thought for additional efforts that you have to put in and as follows:
- Reduction of weight in diabetes is a must.
- Diet should be altered as per the guidelines of your dietitian and not by yourself.
- Start gradually increasing exercises to increase the output.
- And have reduced calorie intake, all under the care of an expert.
- Do the HbA1c to know the average of three moth sugar.
- Avoid stress and anxiety as it is known to increase the blood sugar.
