Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The medicine given by your doctor will help you in conception. In your diet, you should include more vegetables, salads, etcetera.
Ideal weight for you is your height minus 100. Divide your major meals in smaller frequent meals like having breakfast in two halves with gap of 2 hrs.
This will not allow your sugars to rise drastically at one point of time. Brisk walking atleast for half an hour three times a week will help.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Viraj Ramesh Naik
