How Safe Is Taking Biotin During Lactation?
Hi I purchased biotin 5000 mcg. I am a normal healthy women and breast feeding my baby. The baby is 1 and half yr old. she ls also taking regular milk and food. Please let me know is it sake for me to take one tablet of biotin daily for healthy hair growth.
