How Safe Is Using Lupi-hcg 2000 During Pregnancy?

Our doctor prescribed my wife to use lupi-hcg 2000(chorionic gonadotrophin injection IP) weekly from her seventh week of conception.Now she is nineteen months pregnent and we are using it weekly regularly.Earlier for our last child we were using Fertygn 5000 weekly throughout the pregnency period we had a boy child with hypospadias condition during birth.now we have a dought that whether using hcg injection caused it ? and now using lupi-hcg 2000 injection is good or not? Can we get our doubt cleared

Hi...ideally this inj. Is given to supp the pregnancy during first few months..instead you can take micronized progesterone orally...but your baby having hypospadias has no relations with this injection for sure..
