How Safe Is Using Betovate C For Blackspots On Face Due To Pimples?
Hello.. On my for-head there is black darkspots by pimples and on my nose and one cheek there is dark red pimples in big amount so i use betnovate c now is that good or not if not then what should i apply on my face plz reply fast i am waiting for ur feedback..!! Thanking you,
Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM. Betnovate-c is not good options for dark spots or acne it contains strong steroid which can badly damage your skin. For better complexion and removing dark spot, use mild cream containing kojic acid, soy isoflavones, arbutin etc on regular basis ( Melaglow). Use good quality water-based sunscreen regularly to avoid tanning and pigmentation due to sunlight. Use good moisturiser like emolene to keep your skin well hydrated. You can opt for simple office based procedures like chemical peeling. Use glycolic acid based facewash for gentle exfoliation of dead skin. Hope this will help a long way in solving your problem. Thank you Dr Hardik Pitroda
