How Serious Could A Drop In BP, 100/64, While Under Medication Be?

I take blood pressure meds 1x/day (60mg nifidipine and 25 metopropotol...sorry about the spelling). I just took them for the night, and THEN decided to do a check. I've changed my diet drastically over the last month, and it was 100/64 before I took the meds. Should I be worried about a trip to the ER?
