After full flow bleeding like periods spotting can be there for at least 15-20 days. PS. although while using this medicine, abortion can be done at home, you still need to follow up with a GYN/OBG Doctor since she will be in a better position to establish the following facts before and after the procedure: i. Was the product of conception evacuated completely? ii. Whether he/she is empowered to perform MTP. 2. Kindly get an ultrasound of lower abdomen done after the bleeding stops to check if any residual of conception is left inside because incomplete abortion can cause infections and consult with a Gynecologist.
