How Should Mifegest Kit Be Used?
Am 50 days pregnant today and I want medical abortion. Going to hospital is not an option for me. So please tell me how to useMifegest Kit at home.. After food or not, with water or something else, preferable time to take mifepristone, time gap between mifepristone and misoprostol, please explain me step by step.

Understand your concern
For successful abortion you have to use abortion under the advice and supervision of gynecologist. It should be used after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan. Do not use at home as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding, cramp and abnormal development of pregnancy in the failure of abortion that require surgery and special care.
By procedure,
Day 1: Mifepristone 600 mg orally after meal
Day 3 (after 48 hour): Misoprostol 400 ug should be put in the vagina by gynecologist. If required another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour.
Day 7: Follow up visit
Day 14: USG should be done to confirm completeness process of abortion/retain product
Abortion process (Bleeding and cramp) should be start with in 40-50 minutes after using pill and will complete in the 5-7 days.
Rest for 48 hour, analgesic, healthy diet with iron supplements and proper pelvic hygiene should be maintained.
