How Should Mifepristone And Misoprostol Be Taken For Medical Abortion?

I buy mifepristone and misoprostol kit . because after pregnancy test in homr i came to that im pregnant , since 2 week . chemist suggest me first you take 1 mifepristone on 26 nov at 6 pm then take 2 misoprostol on 28 nov at 5 pm then your periods will start. i take mifepristone on 26 nov at 6 pm and i notice light bleeding and weakness s and next day again l light bleeding come then next day i.e 28 nov i supposed to take 2 misoprostol at 5 pm but my periods come in morning before taking 2 tablets of misoprostol. Should i take this misoprostol tablet or not ? Suggest me plzzz

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Mifepristone and misoprostol should be used under the supervision of the gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by the USG scan. Just mifepristone does not cause successful abortion. I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and take misoprostol under supervision for successful abortion. Avoid home use as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding, incomplete abortion, abnormal development of pregnancy. Abortion will start 30-45 minutes after taking misoprostol and will complete in 4-5 days.

Post abortion advises: Follow up at 7th day, USG scan at 14th day to confirm completeness process of abortion. Rest for 48 hours, tablet meftal spas for cramp, maintain proper pelvic hygiene, take healthy diet.
