How Should UTI With Pus And Epithelial Cells In Urine Be Treated?

Hi,
I am pregnent(8 months running) I am facing urinary infection from 5 months now also i have PUC cells and epithelial cells count(10-15) .Can you please help me out with this problem by informing me how to reduce the count and get rid of this infection.

First go for urine culture and sensitivity so that appropriate treatment can be started. Take plenty of fluids with alkaliser. nitrofurantoin is safe and can be started before culture and sensitivity report. fosirol sachet single dose at night is also very effective.
