How Should Utovlan Be Taken For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?
I have just been prescribed utovlan to help reduce the clots and bleeding of my period which I have currently been bleeding for two and a half weeks this time with no signs of stopping I have been advised to take three a day from today for ten days But can t remember her saying how to take them on my next period to reduce the bleeding would I take them half way through the next period or at the end of it

Dear 1 tablet three times daily for 10 days; bleeding usually stops within 48 hours. Withdrawal bleeding resembling true menstruation occurs a few days after the end of treatment. One tablet twice daily, from days 19 to 26 of the two subsequent cycles, should be given to prevent recurrence of the condition.
