How Should A Huge Bump On The Left Wrist Be Diagnosed And Treated?

Hello, I have fallen on my hands a few times as I am an AK amputee. The very last time was last week. About two days later I noticed a huge bump right about my left wrist. I do not know if its bone or cartilage but it had a bulge and it hurts when my wrists turn and when I bend my hand back. What do you think it could be?
