How Should A Vaginal Cyst, Which Reappeared After A Year, Be Treated?

I had a cyst on my vaginal about a year ago went to the doctor and had a small surgery done, which my doctor numb my vaginal and cut it and left the cut open to drain,here it goes a year later with out any pain or discomfort, I see it reoccur, should I go back to the doctor or treat this pea small cyst on my left vaginal at home?
