Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Mild cerebral palsy doesn't usually cause serious problems. Individuals can function normally a lot of times with mild CP. The intellectual functions are sometimes in borderline to mild range. If the person is functioning normally and has no serious mobility issues then no need to get anxiety for anything.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Seikhoo Bishnoi
