How Should Disc Compression, Leg Pain And Bladder Control Loss Be Treated?

hello I have just come out of hospital after having an mri scan for my lower back. I had surgery the week before christmas 2009 and until 3 months ago I felt fantastic. Now I have severe pain all the time and have pain in my right leg. I am also losing control of my bladder at night. All these symptoms are exactly the same as last year just before I had surgery. I have 3 discs which are black and disintergrating. The surgeon took one and a half discs out but the mri scan shows that one of the remaining discs is compressing on a nerve. I have been offered a facet joint injection ( I have had 10 before and they didnt help one bit), an epidural (same think, it didnt help) or a last resort another operation. What do you think I should do? kInd regards, Sally
