How Should Erectile Dysfunction Be Treated?

Dear Doctor,
sir my problem is that i started masterbation form when i was only 13 years old.and i did masterbation 13 years regularly 4,5 or 6 times a day daily.now my condition is that my penis is very small,thin and weak.no erection.no sexual desire.i have become very weak sexualy.i have no man power.pls help me doctor.i m much worried about theses problems.please advice me and give me medicine for penis treatment and for complete sex power.i will be married in this year in September 2010.please help me.and also tell me how long time i have to use medicine.and is this necessary to use this medicine for entire life. I am also a Diabetic patient and taking Insulin twice daily (HUMULIN 30/70).

Hi, first thing is masturbation doesn't cause any effect on penis size and your sexual desire,thought. main problem is that u have much anxiety regarding your penis size and how to perform in first night. so if your penile size is 2.5 inch or more than that, u penis is normal, because female vagina part on that much length is sensitive after that no any sensation. second when u met with your wife take more time for fore play. use tab.tadalafil (20) mg only when u want sex with your wife.
