How Should Erectile Dysfunction With Occasional Premature Ejaculation Be Treated?

I'm having trouble maintaining an erection. I have been taking Levitra but it is hard to figure when me and my wife will have sex. What I mean is it ruins the spontanity between us. I would very much like to be able to have an erection with out depending on Levitra. I do have erections but they do not last long. Also I ejectulate prematurely sometimes. What can I do? Please help

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with erectile dysfunction and premature ejcatulation. These are two separate problems and are usually treated differently. I appreciate the loss of spontaneity with having to take a pill before engaging in sex. To help maintain spontaneity I recommend for my pateints daily Cialis. This will eliminate the need to take the pill just before sex. You take the pill daily and you will be ready at any time. As a side benefit it may also help with BPH or prostate enlargement.

For Premature ejaculations I have recommend the use of Prozac or other SSRIs with help reduce the premature ejaculations. This has been used successfully for years.
