1. although there is no direct interaction between taking nonvegetarian diet and doing kegel exercise but taking non-veg and spicy food can affect your sexual problem [like may aggravate nightfall] so till you have achieved full or good control over your
pelvic floor muscle I will advise not to engage in nonveg food.
PS. Avoid spicy food [mainly containing garlic, ginger, onion] as these promote negative thoughts
2. Take supplements that have been known to aid
nerve repair and mediate sexual function like
omega-3 fatty acids,
wheat germ, shellfish, pumpkin seeds, and avoid caffeine and alcohol.
3.Take mango, banana, coconut, watermelon, pomegranate, raisins, dates, almonds, pears, walnuts, carrots, amla, bottle gourd, brinjal, potato, buffalo milk, milk cream, fresh curd, jaggery mixed curd, butter.
4. Since edging is a form of penile exercise through
masturbation [and you already have over masturbation problem] thus wait until you have strong pelvic muscles through kegel and only then make edging as a perfect compliment.
