How Should Stomach Pain With Acidity And Flatulence Be Treated?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...         I have a very acidity stomach at night time or day time after eating and drinking. It feels soo much in deep pain.. I took antacids and helps elevate the gasses and sharp pain. But the pain is still there like burning around my upper stomach. Pls help me. I will be scheduled my endoscopy this wenesday.      Thank you

Well come to HCM
Hyperacidity with Gastritis may be the cause of this, if I would be the treating doctor then I would treat this symptoms with following medicines 1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, no need to worry about this, take care.

as antacids also do not relieve your symptoms, endoscopy is the best option for the diagnosis of your condition,
after getting it done, do follow the instructions of your doctors
